No. I work in projects, each with a clear end. Every project ends with staff training, a fix-it window after launch and simple written guides. New changes after that are quoted as new projects.
Will my team have to change how they work?
No. I spend time on the floor first and build the system around the routines your team already has. Where a routine works, the system follows it instead of replacing it.
Do you run ad campaigns?
No. I set up the website, enquiry capture, WhatsApp follow-up and tracking, and I can create ad concepts and first ad designs. The campaigns themselves are run by whoever you choose.
What happens after the system goes live?
Your team is trained with me beside them, there is a fix-it window for anything that isn’t right, and you get simple written guides so new staff can learn it without calling anyone.
